PUBLIC CONSULTATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PREPARING THE NEW IDB GROUP INSTITUTIONAL STRATEGY
The IDB Group is opening up a public consultation process with its stakeholders as part of preparation of the new Institutional Strategy. This document constitutes the basic strategic orientation of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), IDB Invest, and the IDB Lab to support the economic and social development of Latin America and the Caribbean in the coming years.
The process includes consultations by country in both face-to-face and virtual formats, as well as consultations with international stakeholders and an online consultation form open between June and August 2023.
The consultations are designed to receive inputs from representatives of governments, the private sector, and civil society, as well as any party interested in providing input to the new Institutional Strategy.
The IDB Group has initiated the process of preparing its new Institutional Strategy after having received the mandate to do so from the IDB and IDB Invest Executive Directors in April 2023.
In this context, the IDB Group is opening a new public consultation process to receive input from governments, the private sector, and civil society.
